10% effort gets you 90% of
the way there!
The secret is knowing where
to stop between 90% and 100% to maximise customer satisfaction
and your return.
Over-servicing and over-delivering
to your customers can be just as bad (if not worse!) than under-servicing and under-delivering

Customers expect a certain minimum standard of service/performance.
(do you know what this
is with your customers? have you asked them?)
They may not be willing to wait and/or pay
for the perfection you strive for . . .
